LNG接收站虚拟仿真创新实验平台建设

Construction of Virtual Simulation Innovative Experimental Platform for LNG Receiving Station

摘要 液化天然气(LNG)接收站因其低温高压、介质易燃易爆,令现场教学培训困难。因此,该文提出基于典型站场工艺搭建虚拟仿真系统。首先,进行真实场景还原、流程操作模拟、设备拆装等,满足学生基本实践需求。其次,利用Aspen HYSYS软件建立站场运行的动态模拟引擎,将工艺操作控制响应的动态模拟结果同步显示,引导学生将知识与工程实践操作结合。最后,开发了多种冷能回收利用模块,预留接口,培养学生根据需求解决复杂工程问题的思维和能力。 Liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving station is difficult to teach and train on site due to its low temperature and high pressure,inflammable and explosive media.Therefore,a virtual simulation system was built based on typical station processes.First,real scene restoration,process operation simulation,equipment disassembly and assembly were carried out to meet students'basic practical requirements.Secondly,Aspen HYSYS software was used to build a dynamic simulation engine for station operation,and dynamic simulation results of process operation control response were synchronically displayed.Guided students to combine knowledge with engineering practice,finally developed a variety of cold energy recycling modules,reserved interfaces,training students to solve complex engineering problems according to the needs of the thinking and ability.
