全教育链创新创业人才培养模式构建与思考——以经济学类专业为例

Construction and Reflection on the Talent Training Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Whole Education Chain——Take Economics as an Example

创新创业教育是一种全新的教育理念,将创新创业教育有机融入人才培养全过程至关重要。该文在对创新创业人才培养问题进行分析的基础上,从思维、素养、能力三个维度出发,利用四个课堂教学环节和多个支撑平台,构建“四位一体”全教育链创新创业人才培养模式。该文还揭示了“四位一体”人才培养模式的实施效果,并进一步提出完善培养模式、推进创新创业人才培养的对策建议。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new educational concept.It is very important to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of personal talent training.Based on the analysis of the problems of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training,from the three aspects of thinking,quality and ability,this paper uses four teaching links and multiple support platforms to build a"four in one"whole education chain innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode.This paper also reveals the implementation effect of the"four in one"talent training mode,and further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training mode and promote the innovative and entrepreneurial talents training.
