摘要
地方院校的制药工程专业由于平台的限制,所培养的人才存在实践动手能力不足的问题。本校在充分调研行业人才要求的同时,以OBE理念为指导,发挥学生主观能动性,优化实践教学体系,创新教学方法,设立第二课题,深化校企合作,实现人才工程实践能力的提升。通过“学生-教师-学校-企业”四方合作,切实解决“本科人才培养与社会人才需求脱节”的问题,实现四方互利共赢,为地方院校人才培养提供一种新思路。
Due to the limitation of the platform,the pharmaceutical engineering major in local colleges and universities has the problem of insufficient practical ability in personnel training.While fully investigating the requirements of talents in the industry,the school,guided by the concept of OBE,gives full play to students'subjective initiative,optimizes practical teaching system,innovates teaching methods,sets up a second topic,and deepens-school-enterprise cooperation to improve talents'practical ability in engineering.Through the four-party cooperation of"student-teacher-school-enterprise",the problem of"the disconnection between undergraduate talent training and social talent demand"can be effectively solved,so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results of the four parties,and provide a new way of thinking for local college talent training.
