Construction Path and Mechanism Innovation of Professional Group of Optometry Technology

白城医学高等专科学校按照“双高计划”建设要求,以专业群对接产业链、岗位群为核心,梳理眼视光技术专业及专业方向的关系,提出以产业职业岗位需求为导向,以校企合作为主线,开展专业群建设。通过专业群组建模式、修订/制定人才培养方案、创新人才培养模式、打造高素质“双师型”教师队伍、构建校企合作长效机制五个方面的研究,以期为高职院校同类专业未来发展提供借鉴。

Baicheng Medical College,in accordance with the construction requirements of the"double high plan",takes the specialty group docking industry chain and post group as the core,combs the relationship between the ophthalmic technology specialty and the professional direction,and proposes to develop the specialty group construction with the industrial occupation post demand as the guide and the school enterprise cooperation as the main line.The research is carried out from five aspects:the establishment mode of specialty group,the revision/formulation of talent training scheme,the innovation of talent training mode,the creation of high-quality"double qualified"teachers,and the construction of long-term mechanism of school enterprise cooperation,with a view to providing reference for the future development of similar majors in higher vocational colleges.
