本科生全程导师制是推进“三全育人”工作、深化人才培养模式改革的重要途径。上海大学力学与工程科学学院秉承“求创新、重实践”的教育理念,推行本科生全程导师制,明确培养目标,建立实施路径,深化教育改革,以期培养高素质创新人才,全面提高人才培养质量,将本科生全程导师制作为推进一流本科专业建设中创新型人才培养模式改革的战略性工程。

The whole-process tutorial system for undergraduates is an important way to promote the work of"three complete education"and deepen the reform of talent training mode.Adhering to the educational concept of"seeking innovation and emphasizing practice",the School of Mechanics and Engineering Sciences of Shanghai University has implemented the whole-process tutorial system for undergraduates,clarified the training objectives,established the implementation paths and deepened the educational reform,with a view to cultivating high-quality innovative talents,comprehensively improving the quality of talent training,and making the whole-process tutorial system for undergraduates as a strategic project to promote the reform of innovative talent training mode in the construction of the first-class undergraduate majors.
