百万扩招背景下的生源存在多元化趋势,学生在学习背景和认知能力上有很大的差异,教师需要根据学生的实际情况设计差异化的教学模式,以提高教学效果。以轨道交通概论课程为例,首先,针对不同生源制定差异化的课程标准和教学目标,然后,采用差异化的教学方法,最后,针对不同学生的潜能进行富有激励性的差异化评价和考核。

Under the background of million enrollment expansion,there is a trend of diversification in the source of students.Students from different channels of entering higher education have great differences in learning background and cognitive ability.Teachers need to design differentiated teaching models according to the actual situation of students to improve teaching effect.Taking the course"Introduction to Rail Transit"as an example,first,formulate differentiated curriculum standards and teaching objectives for different students,then adopt differentiated teaching methods,and finally,carry out incentive differentiated evaluation and assessment for different students’potential.
