国内外婴幼儿托育专业培养路径探析

An Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Infant Care Professional Training Path

摘要 当前,托育专业的发展在师资力量、教学软硬件设施和就业对口方面还处于初期阶段,需要行之有效的途径来引导和推动相关领域的改革和建设。虽然各高职高专院校在婴幼儿托育专业的课程设置上仍处于调整期,但在一系列政策法规的指导下,相关专业建设正逐步展开。校企合作、双元育人模式被认为能有效解决师资力量不足的问题;实施课程模块化体系构建,瞄准市场和用人单位的需求,以社会及行业岗位能力的吻合度和适应度统筹课程资源建设,能有效优化课程体系建设,从而帮助院校更好地确立人才培养方案,加快托育专业人才队伍的建设。 Currently,for the development of childcare professional in the faculty,teaching hardware and software facilities and employment counterpart is still in the early stage of development,which needs effective ways to guide and promote the reform and construction of related fields.Although higher vocational colleges are still in the adjustment period in the curriculum setting of infant care specialty,under the guidance of a series of policies and regulations,the construction of relevant specialty is gradually unfolding.University-Enterprise cooperation and dual education mode are considered to be effective in making up for the shortage of teachers.The implementation of curriculum modularization system construction,aiming at the market demand and the requirements of employers,and coordinating the construction of curriculum resources with the consistency and fitness of social and industrial post abilities can effectively optimize the construction of curriculum system,so as to help colleges and universities better establish talent training programs,and accelerate the development of childcare professionals.
