高职医学检验技术专业校企合作搭建“双创”教育平台探究

Study on College-Enterprise Cooperation to Build Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Platform for Medical Laboratory Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

该文阐述了医学检验技术专业创新创业教育的实践意义,并对当前高校“分离型校企合作”等问题进行了探讨。课题组就此问题进行了探索:把创新创业教育贯穿于整个职业教学中,特别是强化大学生与企业的沟通。在我校开展了一系列的工作,包括强化校企合作教师的培养和建立创新型人才服务平台等,并在本校的实践中取得了一定的成效。

This paper expounds the practical significance of innovation and entrepreneurship in medical laboratory technology specialty,and discusses the current problems of"separation of college-enterprise cooperation"in colleges and universities.The research group made a preliminary exploration on this issue:to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole vocational teaching,especially to strengthen the practical communication between college students and enterprises.A series of activities have been carried out in our college,including strengthening the training of teachers for college-enterprise cooperation and establishing a service platform for innovative talents,with certain success in our college’s practice.
