地方财经本科院校“政行企校”多元协同育人模式探索与实践

摘要 以数字化、智能化等为特征的产业转型升级和企业技术创新对本科高等教育人才培养提出了新要求,需要学校创新产教融合育人模式紧跟产业发展和技术革命,以适应社会发展需求。长春财经学院充分发挥民办高校优势,“十三五”期间,构建了“政行企校”多元协同育人机制,与行业或区域龙头企业合作,创新打造了一条“双院制”下特色产业学院的有效育人模式。 Industrial transformation and upgrading and enterprise technological innovation characterized by digitalization and intelligence have put forward new requirements for undergraduate higher education personnel training. It is necessary for schools to innovate and integrate production and education to keep up with industrial development and technological revolution, so as to meet the needs of economic and social development. Changchun University of Finance and Economics gives full play to the advantages of the system of private colleges and universities. During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, Changchun University of Finance and Economics has built a diversified cooperative education system mechanism of "government, enterprise and school", cooperated with leading enterprises in the industry or region, and innovated an effective education mode of characteristic industrial colleges under the "dual institution system".
