College Students’ Career Planning Measures Based on OBE Concept

大学生人才是推动社会经济发展的生力军,尤其在信息化、网络化、数字化等新型科技领域。然而,大学生人才发展还不够全面,比如部分大学生缺乏职业生涯规划意识和能力。为此,基于OBE理念,以大学生职业生涯规划为探讨主题,对大学生职业生涯规划教学中常见的问题展开系统分析,坚持OBE理念教学导向,有机融入大学生职业生涯规划教学过程,进一步健全完善高校现有的大学生职业生涯规划教学体系,以期为高校职业生涯规划教育工作提供借鉴。

College students are the main force of social and economic development and construction, especially in the fields of information, networking, digitalization and other new technologies. However, the development of college students’ talent training is not comprehensive enough, for example, some college students lack the awareness and ability of career planning. For this reason, based on the OBE concept, taking the career planning of college students as the theme of discussion, this paper systematically analyzes the common problems in the teaching of college students’ career planning, adheres to the OBE concept teaching guidance, organically integrates into the teaching process of college students’ career planning, and further improves the existing college students’ career planning teaching system, so as to provide reference for college students’ career planning education.
