摘要 “双师型”教师队伍建设质量是决定职业教育高质量发展的关键因素。该文以西安铁路职业技术学院铁道交通运营管理国家级教师教学创新团队的建设实践为例进行分析研究,探索“双高计划”背景下职业院校和企业协同共建“双师”素质教师团队的方法、路径等,为当前职业教育深化产教融合、创新育人模式和“双师型”教师队伍建设提供可借鉴的经验。 The quality of the"double-qualified"teacher team construction is a key factor determining the highquality development of vocational education.This paper takes the construction practice of the national-level teacher teaching innovation team of railway transportation operation management of Xi’an Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze and research,and explores the methods and paths between vocational colleges and enterprises to build a"double-qualified"quality teacher team under the background of"Double-High Plan",provide useful experience for the current vocational education to deepen the integration of production and education,innovate the education model and build a"double-qualified"teacher team.
