摘要
天然产物研究的一项重要内容是运用现代有机波谱技术进行结构鉴定。在有机波谱分析课程的教学过程中,往往应用简单的有机小分子作为实例进行教学,而天然产物具有数量多、结构复杂多样的特点。故课程教学内容与研究生产实际脱节,导致学生解析实际的天然产物结构时存在困难。因此该文进行了有机波谱课程的教学探索,紧扣学科发展前沿,以任务为导向,旨在探索实现学生课堂理论知识学习、自主性学习以及解决实际问题等能力的提升。
One of the important contents in the study of natural products is to use modern organic spectrum technology to identify their structures.In the teaching process of organic spectrum analysis,simple organic small molecules are often used as examples for teaching,while natural products have the characteristics of large number and complex structure.Therefore,there is a disconnect between the teaching content and the actual research and production,which makes it difficult for students to analyze the actual natural product structure.Therefore,we have carried out the teaching exploration of organic spectrum course,which is closely related to the forefront of discipline development and task-oriented,aiming to explore and realize the improvement of students’theoretical knowledge learning in class,students’independent learning and practical problem-solving ability.
