创新方法教学特征及其因应策略

Characteristics of Innovative Methods in Teaching and Corresponding Strategies

摘要 创新方法教育在高等学校方法学教育中占重要地位,对培养创新型人才起到导向作用。该文在梳理国内外创新方法教育研究的基础上,分析了创新方法TRIZ理论教学的三大矛盾特征:创新需求与标准化答题的惯性思维矛盾,创新方法教学与专业局限的矛盾,创新方法显性知识和隐性知识的双重矛盾,最后针对这些矛盾特征提出了因应策略。 Innovative method education plays an important role in the methodology education in universities.It supports the cultivation of innovators.Based on the review of innovative method education and research at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes three contradictory characteristics of TRIZ theory teaching:the contradiction between innovation demand and inertial thinking under the standard-answers training,the contradiction between innovative method teaching and high-level professional courses;innovative method has the contradiction of explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge at the same time.Finally,teaching strategies are proposed according to these contradictory characteristics.
