旅游管理专业硕士研究生创新创业能力培养模式研究

A Study on the Cultivation Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Master’s Degree in Tourism Management

经济的飞速发展,要求新时代的研究生具有一定的创新创业能力。该文以旅游管理专业硕士研究生为例,指出创新创业能力培养的必要性,对当前研究生创新创业能力培养的现状进行了分析,存在以下问题:创新创业教育缺乏系统的理论体系、创新创业培养缺乏校企合作、缺乏“双师型”教师、缺乏与相关赛事的结合。针对上述问题提出建立健全理论体系、深化校企合作机制、建设“双师型”教师队伍、打造赛创结合培养模式四种培养路径,以推动研究生创新创业能力的培养。

The rapid development of economy requires the postgraduates in the new era to have certain innovative and entrepreneurial ability.The following problems exist:lack of a systematic theoretical system for innovation and entrepreneurship education,lack of cooperation with enterprises,lack of"dual-teacher"teachers,and lack of integration with relevant events.In response to the above problems,four cultivation paths are proposed:establishing a sound theoretical system,deepening the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,building a"two-teacher"teacher team,and creating a combined training mode of competition and creation,in order to promote the cultivation of postgraduate students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
