摘要
高校学科建设是提高学科人才培养、科学研究、社会服务能力的过程。高校学科评价的目的在于促进学科建设,提升高校以学科为载体服务经济社会发展的能力。该文梳理现有学科评价体系与学科建设存在的主要问题,依据地方应用特色学科评价与学科建设关系,指出地方高校学科评价体系构建的方向、应用特色学科评价体系构建的主要内容,最后提出了地方高校应用特色学科发展建议。
Discipline construction in colleges and universities is the process of improving the ability of personnel training,scientific research and social service.The purpose of discipline evaluation in colleges and universities is to promote discipline construction and enhance the ability of colleges and universities to serve economic and social development with discipline as the carrier.This paper combs the main problems existing in the existing discipline evaluation system and discipline construction,and points out the direction of the construction of the discipline evaluation system in local colleges and universities and the main content of the construction of the application characteristic discipline evaluation system according to the relationship between the evaluation of the local application characteristic discipline and the discipline construction.Finally,the development suggestions of the application characteristic discipline in local colleges and universities are given.
