高职院校技术转移问题及对策探讨

Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Technology Transfer in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,我国工业制造业转型升级步伐不断加快,对高职院校技术转移的人才培养提出了更高的要求。但国内部分高职院校的技术转移教学方面存在诸多问题,限制了技术转移活动效率与水平的提升,不利于工业制造业转型升级工作的顺利开展,例如,部分高职院校教师开展科研成果转化的动力不足,学院缺乏科学成果转化的政策引导等,这些问题亟待解决。所以,该文重点探讨高职院校技术转移工作相关问题的解决措施,以促进高职院校科技成果转化,提升高职院校的社会服务能力。

In recent years,the pace of transformation and upgrading of my country’s industrial manufacturing industry has been accelerating,which has put forward higher requirements for the technology transfer work of higher vocational colleges.However,there are many problems in the technology transfer work of domestic higher vocational colleges,which limit the efficiency and level of technology transfer activities.The improvement of industrial manufacturing is not conducive to the smooth and high-quality development of the transformation and upgrading of the industrial manufacturing industry.For example,the teachers of higher vocational colleges have insufficient motivation to carry out the transformation of scientific research achievements,and the colleges lack policy guidance for the transformation of scientific achievements.These problems need to be solved urgently.Therefore,this paper focuses on the solutions to the problems related to technology transfer in higher vocational colleges,in order to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in higher vocational colleges and improve the social service ability of higher vocational colleges.
