“四新”建设突破了传统思维模式,为卫生管理专业的人才培养提供了新视角和思路。在此背景下,卫生管理专业应进一步明确人才培养定位,积极响应社会对跨学科复合型人才的需求,注重学科融合发展,优化重构课程体系,加强学生实用技能培养,推动卫生管理教育国际化,实现卫生管理人才培养质量的提升,肩负起为大健康时代服务的历史使命。

The construction of"four new"breaks through the traditional mode of thinking and provides a new perspective for the talent training of health management specialty.Under the background,the orientation of health management specialty talent training should be further clarified to response to society’s need for interdisciplinary talents positively,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the integration of disciplines,the reconstruction of curriculum system,the cultivation of students’practical skills,and the internationalization of health management education,to realize the fundamental improvement of the quality of health management personnel training and shoulder the historical mission of serving for the great health era.
