《医用化学》是医科院校的一门公共基础课程,课程涵盖内容较多且对于医学生而言十分重要,是生物化学、药物分析、药理学、生理学等医学专业课的基础。在“双一流”背景下,如何更加积极、科学、有效地建设《医用化学》课程,为国家培养高质量、高水平、高素质的医学人才,显得日益重要。该文将结合《医用化学》作为“线上线下混合式教学”一流课程在新疆医科大学的初步建设,探讨地方医科院校《医用化学》课程的建设与改革。

Medical chemistry is a public basic course in medical colleges and universities.The course covers a lot of content and is very important for medical students.It is the basis of biochemistry,drug analysis,pharmacology,physiology and other medical professional courses.Under the background of"double top",how to more positive,scientific and effective construct medical chemistry course for fostering high quality high level qualified medical talents is increasingly important,this article will combine the medicinal chemistry as a first-class courses of preliminary construction in Xinjiang Medical University,and research of local medical colleges medical chemistry curriculum reform.
