“六位一体”工程机械类创新创业人才培养体系研究

Research on the Training System of “Six-in-One” Engineering Machinery Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents

为解决工程机械领域人才培养过程中创新创业积极性不高、“双创”综合实践能力不强、育人协同效力不足等问题,通过探索多学科多部门创新创业教育资源整合与协同育人机制,提出思政教育、课程教学和“双创”能力培育相互融合的“六位一体”创新创业人才培养体系。逐步构建并实施了思政贯穿、能力培养和“双创”素养双促进、科教—产教—多学科交叉融合的“一贯通二促进三融合”创新创业人才培养体系,实现了核心价值塑造、专业知识传授和“双创”能力培养同向同行。

In order to solve the problems in the process of talent training in construction machinery field,such as low enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship in difficult areas and industries,low comprehensive practical ability of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship and insufficient collaborative effect of education and so on.The integration and collaborative education mechanism of multi-disciplinary and multi-department innovation and entrepreneurship education resources were explored.It proposes a six-in-one system for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents that integrates ideological and political education,curriculum teaching and entrepreneurship cultivation.The talent training system of one breakthrough,two promotions and three integrations for college students innovation and entrepreneurship is gradually constructed and implemented,including ideological and political penetration,ability training and double promotion of entrepreneurship and literacy,and the integration of science and education,production and education and multidisciplinary integration.The core value shaping,professional knowledge imparting and double innovation ability training are realized in the same direction of peer teaching mode.
