摘要
在全面深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的背景下,本科生导师制是践行创新创业教育理念的有效途径,然而目前本科生导师制在应用型人才培养过程中仍面临一定的问题。对此,该文将OBE教育理念融入本科生导师制人才培养模式,探讨了新模式下应用型人才创新创业能力培养的思路,并提出了相应的实践策略,旨在进一步提高本科生导师制在应用型本科专业学生创新创业能力培养中的支撑和引导作用。
Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,the undergraduate tutor system is an effective way to practice the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education.However,the undergraduate tutor system still faces certain constraints in the process of cultivating applied talents.In this regard,this paper integrates the OBE education concept into the undergraduate tutor system talent training model,and discusses the ideas for cultivating the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of applied talents under the new model and then puts forward corresponding practical strategies,aiming to further improve the supporting and guiding role of the undergraduate tutor system in the innovation and entrepreneurship achievements of applied undergraduate students.
