高职扩招百万背景下职业教育应对策略研究

Research on Coping Strategies of Vocational Education under the Background of Expanding Enrollment in Higher Vocational Education

高职扩招百万为职业教育发展带来了机遇,但也使高职院校面临诸多挑战。高职院校扩招后,学生基础水平参差不齐,给高职院校教学和学生管理工作带来一些问题。该文结合高职院校教学和学生管理工作,推动改革教学与管理模式,以提升质量为目标,瞄准社会就业需求,提出了高职院校职业教育的相应策略,以切实培养学生职业技能,提升学生就业质量。

The million enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges has brought opportunities for the development of vocational education,but it also makes higher vocational colleges face many problems and challenges.After the enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges,the basis of students is uneven,which brings some problems to the teaching and student management of higher vocational colleges.Combined with the teaching and student management of higher vocational colleges,this paper promotes the reform of teaching and management mode,aims at improving the quality,aims at the needs of social employment,and puts forward the corresponding strategies of vocational education in higher vocational colleges,so as to cultivate students’vocational skills and improve students’employment quality.
