Curriculum System Design of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Training in Applied Undergraduate Colleges and Universities under OBE Education Mode

随着市场经济的日益繁荣和经济格局的转变,我国经济进入新常态发展阶段,知识、科技等要素在资源配置中的表现越来越活跃,产业跨界融合速度、新业态产生速度加快,社会对复合型、技能型人才的需求也在不断增加。该文聚焦这一背景,引入OBE教育模式,分析应用型本科高校创新创业人才培养课程短板和优化设计策略。

With the prosperity of market economy and the transformation of economic pattern,China has officially entered the new normal development stage,knowledge,science and technology and other factors are becoming more active in resource allocation,the speed of cross-border industrial integration and the emergence of new business forms are accelerating,and the social demand for compound and skilled talents is also rising.This paper focuses on this background,introduces OBE education model,and discusses the short board of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training courses and optimization design strategies in applied undergraduate university.
