摘要 逆向工程技术是获取已有产品参数并能在此基础上进行快速创新设计的重要途径。为推进大学生本科实验教学的创新,针对目前毕业生实践和创新能力不足的问题,建立基于3D扫描的逆向建模实验课程。实验首先应用Ein Scan-Pro 3D扫描仪对实物模型表面进行扫描,获取点云数据;再利用Geomagic Design X逆向处理软件对CAD模型进行重构;最后导入Creo软件中,进行模型再设计。实验完成后,改变对学生原有的单一性终结化评价,建立多元化考核评价体系。该实验不仅有利于让学生熟悉先进的零件建模技术,而且对提高学生的创新意识和工程实践能力具有重要作用。 Reverse engineering technology is an important way to obtain the existing product parameters and carry out rapid innovative design on this basis.In order to promote the innovation of undergraduate experiment teaching,aiming at the problem of insufficient practice and innovation ability of current graduates,the reverse modeling experiment course based on 3D scanning is established.The first step of the experiment is to scan the surface of the physical model to obtain point cloud data by Ein Scan-Pro 3D scanner,and then reconstructing the CAD model by Geomagic Design X.Finally,importing the model into Creo to redesign it.After the experiment,a diversified evaluation system is established to replace the original single and final evaluation system.The experiment not only helps students to get familiar with advanced parts modeling technology,but also plays an important role in improving students’innovation consciousness and engineering practice ability.
