产教融合背景下高职学前教育专业“岗课赛证”校企协同育人的探究

在产教融合视域下,高职院校学前教育专业“岗课赛证”融合是将本专业就业岗位的需求、职业资格证书考试标准、相关的技能竞赛标准以及专业人才培养课程体系进行一体化设计,形成学前教育专业综合育人的体系。完善学前教育专业人才培养内容和标准,确保了学前教育专业学生职业能力和岗位职业需求的高度一致,提高高质量就业率。通过“岗课赛证”融通,促进人才培养质量提升,既对人才培养模式进行了创新改革,也对学前教育专业内涵提升起到了促进作用。
