近年来,国内高等院校的毕业生数量明显增加,毕业生的就业压力越来越大。各个高等院校也调整人才培养策略,将创新型和高素质人才作为人才培养的重要部分,毕业生的创新创业能力得到明显提升,就业可选择范围明显扩大,能够有效减少就业压力。高校辅导员在学生学习和生活中扮演重要角色,在日常生活中辅导员能够与学生深入交流,是“双创”教育中的重要一员。如何使高等院校辅导员的综合素质得到全面提升,让其更好地对学生创新创业思想进行指导,让学生成为创新型人才,是每个辅导员需要认真思考的问题。该文阐述了高校辅导员在大学生创新创业能力培养中的作用,分析了高校辅导员创新创业指导的现状,提出了提升高校辅导员创新创业指导能力的路径。
