高职学前教育专业学生职业能力提升的探讨与研究

Discussion and Research on the Improvement of Vocational Ability of Students of Preschool Education Major in Higher Vocational Education

当前学前教育是我国教育领域的重点发展方向,社会对学前教育质量的要求也在不断提升,同时我国就业竞争的不断加剧也给高职院校的人才培养带来一定压力。因此,高职院校学前教育专业的学生在就业和发展上也面临着更大的挑战。在此背景下,学生职业能力的提升也成了学校关注的重点。笔者结合自身教学经验,提出对高职院校学前教育专业学生职业能力培养的几点思考。

At present,pre-school education is the key development direction in the field of education in our country,and the society’s demand for the quality of pre-school education is also on the rise.At the same time,the continuous intensification of employment competition in our country also brings certain pressure to the personnel training in higher vocational colleges,therefore,the students of pre-school education major in higher vocational colleges are facing greater challenges in employment and development.Under this background,the improvement of students’vocational ability has become the focus of attention.Based on the author’s own teaching experience,this paper discusses the vocational ability of pre-school education students in higher vocational colleges.
