摘要
在疫情常态化背景下,大学生对就业的观点看法、心理预期、形势判断等都会受到疫情的影响而发生变化。该文以合肥市大学生为调研对象,通过问卷调查的方式获取样本数据,利用SPSS统计软件对样本数据进行实证分析,得出在目前新冠肺炎疫情常态化背景下的合肥市大学生就业意愿影响因素,并提出相关对策建议。
In the context of the normalization of the epidemic,college students’views on employment,psychological expectations and situation judgment will be affected by the epidemic and change.This paper takes Hefei University students as the research object,obtains sample data through questionnaire survey,and conducts empirical analysis on the sample data by using SPSS statistical software to find out the influencing factors of Hefei University students’employment intention under the current environment of COVID-19 normalization,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
