创新创业项目驱动下的高校导师投入现状及影响机制的研究 被引量:3

Research on the Current Situation and Influence Mechanism of Tutor Investment in Colleges and Universities Driven by Innovation and Entrepreneurship Projects

摘要 该文以国内外创新创业导师建设研究为背景,以教育心理学相关理论、人本管理理论、人性假设Y理论为理论依据,调查大学创新创业导师投入现状,分析存在的问题,并提出相应的改进措施。从建立导师团队、夯实导师创新创业理论、加强导师心理辅导和培训、增强导师创新创业能力、加强导师管理考核、激励导师、综合评价等方面建立相应制度,确立创新创业导师的影响机制。 Based on the research on the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors at home and abroad,and the relevant theories of educational psychology,humanistic management theory and human nature hypothesis Y theory,this paper investigates the problems existing in the investment of college entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship mentors and puts forward improvement measures.Establish systems from the aspects of the construction of mentor echelon,the reserve of mentor innovation and entrepreneurship theoretical knowledge,the construction of mentor psychological will,mentor ability training,mentor management assessment,mentor incentive and mentor evaluation,and establish the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship mentors.
