摘要
创新创业教育是以培养具有创业基本素质和开创型个性的人才为目标,分阶段、分层次进行创新思维培养和创业能力锻炼的教育。在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,其发展迅速,本质是实用教育,与传统的工程训练实践教学重操作、重实践、重生产的特点有很多契合之处。该文结合数控加工工程训练课程的特点,探讨科学融合创新创业教育的特色,通过优化传统数控加工实践操作,改变教学目标,优化课程设计,要求学生从产品构思、设计、制作到市场的投入进行全面思考,激发学生创业思维,达到全面提升学生创新意识和工程实践综合能力的目的,为工程训练的实践教学改革提供一定的借鉴。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education aims at cultivating talents with basic entrepreneurial quality and pioneering personality,and carries out the training of innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability in stages and levels.Driven by the environment of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",it develops rapidly.Its essence is practical education,which is in line with the characteristics of traditional engineering training practice teaching,which focuses on operation,practice and production.Combined with the characteristics of NC machining engineering training course,this paper discusses how to scientifically integrate the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education.By optimizing the application of traditional NC machining practice,changing teaching objectives and optimizing course design,students are required to think comprehensively from product conception,design,production to market investment,so as to stimulate students’entrepreneurial thinking,achieve the purpose of comprehensively improving students’innovative consciousness and comprehensive ability of engineering practice.It can be used as a reference for the practical teaching reform of engineering training.
