基于反思性实践教学体系的师范生教育实践能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement of Normal Students’ Educational Practice Ability Based on Reflective Practical Teaching System

摘要 为改善师范生培养过程中存在的理论与实践分离、师范生教育实践能力不高的现状,该研究提出在师范生培养过程中构建反思性实践教学体系,帮助师范生建立从理论知识到实践能力的生成通道。为验证反思性实践教学体系的效果,在师范生培养过程中试行反思性实践教学体系。通过对比实验发现,反思性实践教学体系在提升师范生的教育实践能力和反思意识方面具有一定的效果,可以缩短师范生的入职适应期。 In order to improve the long-standing separation between theory and practice in the training of normal students and the low educational practice ability of normal students,this study proposes to build a reflective practical teaching system in the training process of normal students to help normal students establish a generation channel from theoretical knowledge to practical ability.In order to verify the effect of reflective practical teaching system,try out the reflective practical teaching system constructed by this study in the training of normal students.Through comparative experiments,we found that reflective practical teaching system has a certain effect in improving normal students’educational practice ability and reflective consciousness,and it can initially shorten the entry adaptation period of normal students.
