摘要
PDS理念最早由美国霍尔姆斯小组在20世纪80年代提出,主张大学和中小学建立合作,为教师提供更多专业实践条件和机会。在PDS理念指导下,高职学前教育专业教学研共同体符合国家政策,有助于解决院校培养人才过程的困境,是实现高校、幼儿园、政府等多方合作提升师资质量的有效举措。该文对共同体的现实意义、主要特征、构建模式和运行机制几方面进行了阐述。
The concept of PDS was first put forward by Holmes group in the 1980s,which advocated the establishment of cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools to provide teachers with more professional practice conditions and opportunities.Under the guidance of PDS concept,the teaching and research community of higher vocational preschool education specialty conforms to the national policy,helps to solve the dilemma of talent training in colleges and universities,and is an effective measure to realize the cooperation and common progress of colleges,kindergartens and the government.This paper combs and expounds the practical significance,main characteristics,construction mode and operation mechanism of the community.
