“三全育人”是高校人才培养工作的重要理念,生涯教育是高校人才培养工作的重要组成部分。在低年级阶段实施生涯基础赋能,激发生涯意识,促进从高中生到大学生的角色转变;在中年级阶段实施生涯加速赋能,促进目标定向和技能提升;在高年级阶段实施精准赋能,促进求职择业行动实施和生涯策略的评估调整。按照分段实施、段段赋能、形成合力的原则,建立生涯教育中不同时段、不同环节的映射关系,分阶段、有层次、抓重点、重赋能的生涯教育体系构建,是“三全育人”在生涯教育领域从理念到实践的有益探索。
