应用化学专业“双创”教育模式探索

Exploration on the Application of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education in Talents Training of Applied Chemistry Specialty

在社会经济发展对人才需求多元化和专业化的背景下,为适应“大众创业、万众创新”的新形势,开展创新创业教育是地方高校提升人才培养质量、建设区域特色大学、坚持内涵式发展的必由之路。以桂林理工大学应用化学专业为例,从“双创”意识、师资队伍建设、课程设置、产学研协作、学科竞赛、个性化培养和评价体系等方面,初步总结了其在实施“双创”教育过程中采取的措施,为地方高校推进“双创”教育提供参考。

In order to adapt to the new situation of“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”,innovation and entrepreneurship education is the only way for local colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent training,build universities with regional characteristics,and promote the convolution development under the background of diversified and specialized talents demands of social and economic development.Taking the applied chemistry major of Guilin University of Technology as an example,this paper summarizes the measures taken in the process of implementing the education of entrepreneurship and innovation,including entrepreneurship and innovation consciousness,teacher team construction,curriculum,industry-university-research collaboration,discipline competition,personalized training and evaluation system,to provide reference for local universities to promote the education of the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
