“产教融合、校企合作”框架下大宗商品特色人才培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Talent Training in Bulk Commodities under the Framework of Industry-Education Integration, School-Enterprise Cooperation

宁波财经学院国际经济与贸易(大宗商品交易)作为浙江省新兴特色建设专业,以校企合作为平台,探索产教融合契合点,并在此基础上培养符合企业需求的高素质应用型人才。在人才培养过程中,通过校企深度融合、产学研紧密结合的特色人才培养思路,通过与大宗商品关联企业开展合作,探索出一条“产教融合、对口培养、共同建设、合作共赢”的校企合作之路,实现了校企双方的深度融合,共同支撑起了大宗商品紧缺人才的培育体系。

Ningbo University of Finance&Economics International Economics and Trade(bulk commodity Trading)as a new featured major of Zhejiang Province,takes school-enterprise cooperation as a platform to explore the convergence point between industry and education,and cultivate high-quality applied talents that meet the needs of enterprises on this basis.Talent training through the deep integration of universities and enterprises,industry,academic and research closely combined with the characteristics of talent training.Through cooperation with commodity related enterprises,explore a fusion,education training,common development,win-win cooperation of university-enterprise cooperation method,realized the depth of the interests of both sides binding,props up the common commodity shortage of talent cultivation system.
