地方高校生物制药类专业开放性实验室的管理和建设探讨

Discussion on Management and Construction of Open Laboratory of Biopharmaceutical Specialty in Local Universities

开放性实验室是高校理论联系实践,培养学生创新能力的重要平台。通过分析地方高校建设开放性实验室在重视程度、环境和空间需求、制度建设、网络信息化建设等方面现状,结合目前开放性实验室的实际建设情况,探讨与开放性实验室建设和管理相对应的制度、师资、硬件条件和网络平台等,对地方高校生物制药类高水平应用型人才培养质量的提高有着积极的意义。

The open laboratory is the important platform of the combination of theory and practice in colleges and universities and training students’innovation ability of practice.The status of guiding ideology,the environment and space requirements,laboratory information system construction,network,etc,of open laboratory construction in universities were analyzed.The open laboratory construction actual situation was as the example,the construction of system,faculty,hardware conditions and network platform corresponding to the construction and management of open laboratory was discussed in this paper.This is of positive significance to the improvement of the cultivation quality of high-level applied talents in local colleges and universities.
