摘要
在新时代背景下,民办高校英语听力教学需要进一步优化和改善,教育革新和社会人才需求变化对民办高校英语听力教学提出了新要求与高标准,需要积极探索相应的创新渠道。该文简单介绍了以生为本理论,分析了其在民办高校英语听力教学中应用所发挥的重要作用,如契合现代教育发展需要、符合民办高校自身特性、提高英语听力教学水平、符合社会人才需要等,研究了当前英语听力教学中普遍存在的问题,如观念落后、教学资源和内容枯燥匮乏、教学模式单一、教学实践落实不到位、教学评价方式有待改进、信息技术应用水平低等,并尝试围绕加强师资队伍建设与管理、构建校本英语课程资源库、构建和应用翻转课堂、积极创新和拓展教学方式、优化教学评价机制等方面,基于以生为本理论,对创新和优化民办高校英语听力教学的策略进行探讨。
Under the background of the new era,English listening teaching in private colleges needs to be further optimized and improved.Educational innovation and the change of social talent demand have put forward new requirements and high standards for English listening teaching in private colleges,and corresponding innovative channels need to be actively explored.This paper simply introduces the theory based on raw,analyzes its application in English listening teaching in private colleges plays an important role,such as fit modern education development needs,in line with the private colleges characteristics,improve the level of English listening teaching,conform to social talents have to wait and study the common problems in current English listening teaching,such as concepts backward,the lack of teaching resources and content,single teaching mode,teaching practice implementation does not reach the designated position,teaching evaluation methods to be improved,the information technology application level is low,and try to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and management,building a school-based English curriculum repository,build,and applied to flip the classroom teaching methods,positive innovation and development,optimize the teaching evaluation mechanism,etc.,Based on the student-centered theory,this paper discusses the strategies of innovation and optimization of English listening teaching in private colleges and universities.
