基于应用型人才培育的高校英语教学优化策略

Optimization Strategy of College English Teaching based on the Cultivation of Applied Talents

长期以来,高校英语教学都聚焦英语知识和技能传授,却忽视了对学生英语应用能力、英语思维、英语文化、创新创造能力等的培养。近年来,高校教育向强调实践性与应用性转变,英语教学也同样需要进行创新与转变。该文简要分析了应用型人才培育视野下优化高校英语教学的意义,研究了当前高校英语教学的现状,并着重围绕转变教学观念以适应时代变化发展、采用高效的创新型英语教学模式、基于人才培养目标优化课程设置、加强英语师资力量建设等方面,就英语教学中强化应用型人才培养的可行性策略进行探讨。

For a long time,college English teaching has focused on English knowledge and skills,but ignored the cultivation of students’English application ability,English thinking,English culture,innovation and creativity.In recent years,with the transformation of college education to practice and application,English teaching also needs innovation and transformation.In this paper,the brief analysis of the applied talents cultivation,optimization of college English teaching from the perspective to study the current situation of college English teaching,and focusing on changing the concept of teaching to adapt to The Times change,adopt efficient innovative English teaching mode,optimize the curriculum based on talent training target,strengthen the construction of English teachers,etc.,This paper discusses the feasible strategies to strengthen the training of applied talents in English teaching.
