基于“互联网+”背景的校企合作视角技术技能人才培养路径分析

Study on the Training Mechanism of Technical Skills Talents based on the Background of Internet + from the Perspective of School-Enterprise Cooperation

目前校企合作日益深入,各大高校都对此进行了很多有益的尝试,也取得了不少成果。随着社会的不断发展,原有的校企合作思路或者方法都需紧跟时代、与时俱进。特别是在“互联网+”时代,更需要结合时代背景,把握“互联网+”时代的人才培养价值导向。因此在“互联网+”时代,该文通过实施智慧教育、优化人才培养模式、创新产教融合机制、建立资历框架、构建质量保障体系、重构教学体系和加强素质教育七种措施培养技术技能人才,能够满足“互联网+”时代对人才的培养要求。

School-enterprise cooperation has progressed very deeply.Major universities have made many useful attempts and achieved many results of school-enterprise cooperation.With the development of the times,the original school-enterprise cooperation ideas or methods need to keep pace with the times.Especially in the Internet+era,it is more necessary to combine the background of the times and grasp the value orientation of talent cultivation in the Internet+era.Therefore,in the Internet+era,This article trains technical skills talents through seven measures including the implementation of smart education,optimizing the talent training model,innovating the integration mechanism of production and education,establishing the qualification framework,constructing the quality assurance system,restructuring the teaching system,and strengthening quality education,which can meet the needs of the Internet+era.The requirements of the times for the cultivation of talents.
