摘要
十年来,社会工作迅速发展,形成一定规模,也得到了广泛认可,与此同时,社会对社会工作服务的专业化水平以及社会工作教育都提出了更高的要求,理论水平和实务能力兼具方能更好地彰显社会工作的价值。因此,作为高校教师,需要不断探索《社会工作实务》课程的教学模式,在有限的课时内,让学生得到更全面的实务训练。该文对《社会工作实务》课程教学方法进行了改革探索,发现采用虚实结合的参与式教学方式,在调动学生参与积极性方面效果显著。
The rapid development of social work has formed a certain scale and has been widely recognized.However,at the same time,society has put forward higher requirements for the professional level of social work services and social work education.Only by driving together the theoretical level and practical ability can we highlight the value of social work.Therefore,as college teachers,we need to constantly explore the teaching mode of social work practice course,so that students can get more comprehensive practical training in limited class hours.This paper is a reform and exploration of the teaching method of the practical course of social work.It is found that the participatory teaching method of the combination of virtual and real is effective in mobilizing the enthusiasm of students’participation and achieving results.
