“1+X”证书制度下高职电子商务专业人才培养模式优化研究

Research on Optimization of Training Mode of E-Commerce Professional Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under “1+X” Certificate System

该研究阐述了“1+X”证书制度与人才培养模式概念,分析了“1+X”证书制度下高职院校电子商务专业人才培养模式优化的必要性,并指出了其中存在的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了“1+X”证书制度下高职电子商务专业人才培养模式优化建议,即构建“1+X”证书制度下的教学标准与管理制度、提高师资队伍水平、构建“1+X”证书制度下的合作运行保障机制,旨在进一步提高高职院校电子商务专业人才培养质量。

Absrtact:In this paper,the concept of“1+X”certificate system in the mode of personnel training is expounded,and the necessity of optimizing the mode of personnel training for e-commerce specialty in higher vocational colleges under the“1+X”certificate system is analyzed,and pointed out the main problems,on this basis,made a“1+X”certificate system in higher vocational e-commerce professional training mode optimization proposals,namely,constructing the Teaching Standard and management system under the“1+X”certificate system,improving the level of teachers,constructing the cooperative operation guarantee mechanism under the“1+X”certificate system,in order to further improve the quality of e-commerce professional training in higher vocational colleges.
