摘要
2021年政府工作报告明确提出要完成高职扩招三年行动目标。高职扩招主要面向退役军人、下岗职工、农民工等社会生源,对高职院校提出了现实挑战。高职院校应积极响应国家政策,政企校三方联动,协同育人,开展创新创业教育,提高社会生源学生的综合素质。在人才培养的过程中,要坚持立德树人理念、深入实施产教融合、深化教育教学改革,切实提升创新创业教育的水平与成效。
The government work report for 2021 clearly proposes to complete the three-year action goal of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges.The enrollment expansion is mainly for social students such as retired soldiers,laid-off workers and migrant workers,which is a realistic challenge to higher vocational colleges.They should actively respond to national policies and build the trinity educational environment wish government and enterprises.In order to improve the comprehensive quality of social students,higher vocational colleges must carry out the innovation and entrepreneurship education.In the process of talent training,they should strengthen morality education and put into practice the integration between industry and education,and deepen the educational and teaching reforms.Through take above measures,higher vocational colleges can improve the level and effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education effectively.
