地方高校构建“四三四五”创新创业教育模式的探索与实践

淮阴工学院将创新创业教育与通识教育、专业教育深度融合,探索构建“四三四五”创新创业教育模式。该模式以培养具有创新创业能力的高素质应用型人才为目标,明确全覆盖、全链条、全方位、全受益的“四全”“双创”教育理念,构建普及层、培养层、精英层“三阶递进”的“双创”课程体系,搭建学、训、赛、创“四维联动”的“双创”实践体系,打造政产学研创“五位一体”的“双创”平台体系,形成了具有鲜明特色的创新创业人才培养模式。

Huaiyin Institute of Technology combines the general education and professional education with the innovation and entrepreneurship education to construct a new education mode.The aim of the new innovation and entrepreneurship education mode is to cultivate high-quality applied talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.With the educational idea of"full coverage,full chain,all-round and full benefit",the“progressive three-step”curriculum system and the innovation and entrepreneurship practice system of four-dimensional linkage between the learning,training,competition and entrepreneurship at the popularization,training and elite levels are reconstructed,respectively.Furthermore,a multi-dimensional collaborative education platform for government,industry,universities,research institutions and some innovation and entrepreneurship institutions are created,which forms a new innovative and entrepreneurial education mode with the characteristics of local universities.
