Exploration and Practice of “6S” Teaching Reform of Employment Guidance Course for College Students in Independent Colleges

独立院校开设就业指导课程,对提升学生就业质量非常重要,对学校生源质量提高也有较大促进作用。然而,目前以教师授课为主的教学模式所取得的教学效果不尽如人意,未达预期,如何提升就业能力是摆在各院校面前的一个现实问题。该文就“6S”教学改革在高校就业指导课中的运用进行剖析,以帮助大学生更好地成长成才,在激烈的就业竞争中更具优势。

Setting up employment guidance courses in independent colleges is very important for students to improve the quality of employment and the quality of school students.However,at present,the teaching effect caused by the teaching mode dominated by teachers is not satisfactory and does not meet the expectations,how to improve employability is a realistic problem in front of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the application of"6S"teaching reform in college employment guidance course,so as to help college students grow into talents better and have more advantages in the fierce employment competition.
