“双高”背景下黔南地区职业院校机电类专业教师职业能力提升策略探析 被引量:1

摘要 基于“双高”背景,探讨黔南地区职业院校机电类专业教师职业能力提升,一是可以丰富和完善教学方法,进而提高教师发展的有效性;二是提升学生专业知识和专业技能,为服务区域经济发展培养合格的高技能应用型人才,提高学生的就业率。该课题立足“双高计划”的内涵,从剖析目前“双高计划”背景下教师队伍建设中存在的职业能力提升问题入手,提出构建优质师资队伍结构的培养模式:将具有丰富的实践经历或从业经验作为教师的入职必备条件,提出黔南地区职业院校机电类专业教师职业能力提升的有效机制。 Based on the background of“Double High”,this paper discusses the improvement of vocational ability of electromechanical professional teachers in vocational colleges in Southern Guizhou.First,it can enrich and perfect teaching methods and improve the effectiveness of teacher development.The second is to improve students’professional knowledge and skills,train qualified high-skilled applied talents for the service of regional economic development,and improve the employment rate of students.Based on the connotation of“Double High”,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the improvement of professional ability in the construction of teachers under the background of Double High,and proposes the training mode of constructing high-quality teacher team structure:Taking having rich practical experience or working experience as a prerequisite for teachers to enter the vocational colleges in Southern Guizhou,the effective mechanism for improving the professional ability of electromechanical teachers is put forward.
