高校科技创新为专利密集型产业发展赋能——以河北省为例

An Analysis of the Improvement in the Patent-Intensive Industry Based on College Scientific &Technological Innovation——Taking Hebei Province as an Example

摘要 利用IncoPat专利分析平台对河北工业大学、燕山大学、华北理工大学、河北工程大学、邯郸学院等河北省内五所具有代表性的高校进行专利分析,从五所高校2002—2019年的专利申请趋势、法律有效状态、技术构成及转让趋势分析反映省内高校的科技创新能力。结合党的十九大报告,分析比较河北省高校的科技创新发展新局面,探讨高校科研赋能专利密集型产业的发展,为高校或高新企业相关专利密集型产业的科技转化与产出效率提高提供助力。 Based on the patent information of universities in Hebei Province from 2002 to 2019, using IncoPat patent analysis platform, this paper analyzes the patents of Hebei University of Technology, Yanshan University, North China University of Science and Technology, Hebei University of Engineering and Handan University. It reflects the scientific and technological innovation ability of universities in Hebei Province from the patent application trend, legal effective status, technology composition and transfer trend of the five universities, and gives the reason analysis combined with the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China;and puts forward suggestions for the scientific and technological innovation and patent development of colleges and universities in Hebei Province. At last, the paper proposes the relation between the college scientific & technological innovation and the patent-intensive industry, and provides assistance for the technological transformation and output efficiency of patent-intensive industries related to universities or high-tech enterprises.
