基于岗位胜任力的《护理学基础》实践教学改革探讨

Discussion on Practical Teaching Reform of Fundamental Nursing on Post Competency

培养学生的岗位胜任力是护理教育的重点,《护理学基础》是护理专业的基础核心课程,该课程对学生形成良好的岗位胜任力有重要的作用。以该校近两年本科护理学专业《护理学基础》实践教学为例,分析课程学习现状,从实践教学内容、方式与评价等方面探讨提高学生岗位胜任力的改革措施,希望能为培养符合临床需要的护理人才提供帮助。

Cultivating students’post competency is the key point of nursing education to.Fundamental Nursing is the basic core course of nursing specialty,which plays an important role in forming students’good post competency.This paper takes the practical teaching of Fundamental Nursing in the undergraduate nursing major of our university in recent two years as an example,analyzes the learning status of the course,and discusses the reform measures to improve students’post competency from the aspects of the content,methods and evaluation of practice teaching,hoping to provide help for training nursing talents in line with clinical needs.
