推进地方院校专业学位研究生教育内涵式发展的思考与探索

Consideration and Exploration on Promoting the Connotation Development of Professional Degree Graduate Education in Local Universities

该文以促进地方院校专业学位研究生教育内涵式发展为目标,针对地方院校在专业学位研究生培养过程中存在的问题和短板进行分析,并给出相应的建议。以培养高质量应用型人才为目标,围绕"教学质量、学习质量、实践发展质量"三个层面,重新打造适合专业学位研究生的培养体系,提出了增设专业实践课程、深化校企合作、优化教师队伍、完善培养质量评价等一系列的改革措施,对提升研究生的实践能力以及应用能力,使专业学位研究生适应特定行业或职业实际工作的需求,促进其未来职业潜在发展具有重要的作用。

This paper aims at promoting the connotation development of professional degree graduate education in local colleges,analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings in the training process of professional degree graduate education in local colleges and universities,and gives some corresponding suggestions.In order to cultivate high quality applied talents as the goal,around the quality of teaching and learning quality,the practice development of quality three levels,to create suitable for the cultivation of professional degree graduate student system,put forward to establish professional practice courses,deepen the cooperation between colleges,optimization of teachers,improve the training quality evaluation and so on a series of reform measures,to improve the graduate student’s practical ability and application ability,it is of great importance to make professional degree graduates adapt to the actual work needs of specific industries and occupations and promote their potential career development in the future.
