Development and Design of “Railway Career Planning Socialized Learning Cloud Platform”

经调查研究发现,铁道学院待就业学生面试外省铁路公司的积极性不足可能导致就业率下降。为做好"稳就业"工作,尝试开发了"铁路职业规划社会化学习云平台"作为该问题的一个解决方案。在校生通过本平台与在职毕业生进行职业问答,充分了解各个铁路公司一线工作和生活信息,进而引导铁道学院学生将就业选择从倾向于家庭所在地的铁路局扩大到面向全国。

Through investigation and research,it is found that the lack of enthusiasm for job-waiting students of the railway institute to interview railway companies in other provinces may lead to a decline in the employment rate.To do a good job of"stabilizing employment",we tried to develop the"Socialized Learning Cloud Platform for Railway Career Planning"as a solution to this problem.Through this platform,students can have career questions and answers with on-the-job graduates,so as to fully understand the front-line work and life information of each railway company,and then guide the students of railway college to expand their career choice from the railway bureau where their families are located to the whole country.
