摘要
应用型高校以培养"应用型、创新型、复合型"人才为培养目标,已有的PLC课程教学过于理论化,在教学内容的与时俱进、教学模式的多样性、教学方式的互动性及评价体系的科学性上还存在不足。该文根据应用技术型人才定位目标以及课程特点,结合当地产业需求,将思政元素融入教学过程,提出了"教学内容理实一体化、教学方法递进化、教学考核多维化"的应用型高校PLC技能型人才培养模式。
The application-oriented colleges and universities aim to cultivate"application-oriented,innovative and compound talents".The existing teaching of PLC course is too theoretical,and there are still shortcomings in the advancing with the times of teaching content,the diversity of teaching modes,the interactivity of teaching methods and the scientific nature of the evaluation system.According to the orientation goal and course characteristics of applied technology talents,combined with the local industry needs,the ideological and political elements into the teaching process,put forward the"integration of teaching content,teaching method evolution,multi-dimensional teaching assessment"PLC skilled talents training mode of applied oriented universities.
