摘要
大学生创新创业团队建设是推动大学生创新创业行之有效的手段,广州中医药大学创新性地将贝尔宾角色理论应用到创新创业团队建设中,通过优化团队配置、利用角色补位原则等,发挥学生团队的最大潜能并实现团队实践的转化。该方法的运用在成功开发学生团队创新创业能力的同时又充分调动了每一位团队成员的积极性,真正实现了高质量创新创业人才的输出。
The construction of college students’innovative entrepreneurial teams is to promote college students’innovative undertaking,the effective methods of guangzhou university of Chinese medicine innovation in the belbin role theory is applied to the construction of innovative entrepreneurial teams,by optimizing the team configuration,the principle of using the role position of students team’s biggest potential and the transformation of the implementation team practice.The application of this method in this paper not only successfully develops the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the student team,but also fully arouses the enthusiasm of each team member,and truly realizes the output of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
